All bookings require a signed service agreement and a non-refundable retainer to secure your date. Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional fees as outlined in your contract.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation policies, including applicable refunds and fees, are governed by the terms specified in your individual service agreement. The initial retainer is non-refundable and secures your event date on our calendar. Additional cancellation terms vary by package and will be discussed during your consultation.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

- Make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule
- Communicate any changes to event details, timelines, or expectations in a timely manner
- Respect the professional recommendations and expertise of our team
- Ensure all venue and vendor contracts are reviewed and signed by the appropriate deadlines
6. Photography & Media Release
By engaging our services, you grant Blissful Royal Creations permission to photograph and/or video record elements of your event for use in our portfolio, website, social media, marketing materials, and press features, unless otherwise specified in writing in your service agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Blissful Royal Creations and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our express written permission.
Custom event designs, mood boards, floor plans, and creative concepts created by Blissful Royal Creations remain our intellectual property and may not be shared with or executed by other vendors without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Blissful Royal Creations shall not be held liable for any damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, venue closures, vendor cancellations, or other force majeure events.

9. Vendor Relationships
Blissful Royal Creations may recommend third-party vendors based on our professional experience and relationships. All vendor contracts are between the client and the vendor directly. We do not guarantee the performance of any third-party vendor and are not liable for their services.
